Hello Terri,
Thanks as always for writing and sending out the minutes. They are well
written. Perhaps I am simply splitting hairs here, but I am wondering why
items in the minutes do not reflect the order in which they occurred during
the meeting.
For example, the discussion and the motion about the airplane vouchers are
listed in the minutes before Melinda gave her report about the youth
outreach program. However, Melinda gave the youth outreach report before the
discussion and motion about the airplane vouchers during the actual
meeting. The only reason why we had the discussion and the motion about the
airplane vouchers is because Melinda reported that she would not be using
them to take youth to national convention this year.
So I am just wondering why items listed in the minutes do not accurately
reflect the order in which they occurred during the actual meeting. I have
never seen this done before, and I am simply just curious.
