Dear Michigan Federationists:
	Washington Seminar 2013 is February 4-7. Rates are $177 plus tax per
room per night.
At the state convention a motion to fund a room for women and a room
for men for 3 nights for Washington Seminar at a cost of $1,200 was
approved.
Another motion to allocate $1,000 at Larry's discretion to assist
people to attend Washington Seminar was approved.
