Dear Marcus,

Time is short the gross and abject violations of civil rights of all of us
including those who are blind in accessing the very rehab system is
documented and indisputable.

This goes now to not only those of us who are blind but all people with all
disabilities in this state.

Bottom line is that within MCB itself in the public record folkks have spent
more money to folks in the AG's office, again demonstrable and in the public
record to violate our individual and collective civil rights at the first
instance.

Man, we're continually paying Peter to rob Paul and again that is in the
public record.

Yet, now we go over and over again for appeals to a corrupt system
apperently so--called policing itself to feed the beast of corrupted
enterprises note the New Horizons bull hockey and the so-callled ethics
request of the scofflaw Cannon et all.

Man, what a scam this is!
