Playing devil's advocate a bit.
True, MCB did a terriblejob of managing its budget. How are we sure the new 
structure won't be better? I agree we are definitely under the wrong agency, 
but would a new in charge give a shot for a different perspective or better 
use of funds? Funding Newsline, for example? Camp T?
There's a part of me that says we should calculate our approach to this 
because if we don't, getting funding for those and other items will be 
infinitely more difficult in the future. Also, do we have any insight on how 
the governor is going to appoint this new board? Will he reappoint any or 
all of the current commissioners?
While I don't necessarily agree with the order, it is certainly obvious that 
something needed to be done. So I'm not so sure this is all doom and gloom.
