[nfbmi-talk] what is wrong with this picture?

Aside from not including information in the most effective format of blind individuals (left out altogether in this) can anyone tell me what is wrong with this picture?

I refer to ADA, Title II, subpart e here and a realunderstanding of the effective communications requirements for people with visual impairments.

Frankly, I am a bit tired of having institutions ignore our needs in these regards even in their public materials.

assistive technology for personal use, and interpreter services/real-time captioning in experiential, vocational learning activities outside the classroom.
