    For archival purposes. Not only have MCB board members been illegally kept out of the loop in developing the State Plan in stark violation of the Rehab Act, but so have members of the Michigan rehabilitation Council.

In fact both parties have effectively and illegally been de facto "terminated" from engaging in their primary obligations which is to ensure both designated State Agency's compliance with the State Plan and the provisions of the rehabilitation Act of 1973 altogether.

Jaye Porter just sent the following email to RSA:  I just received word from Mike Zimmer in LARA that the Executive Order 2012-2 will be rescinded and corrected. He has therefore requested that we postpone State Plan amendments, public meetings, and related notices. He indicated that a new timeline will kick in once the new Executive Order is issued. 



Just wanted you all to know about the recent turn of events!  I will be contacting DHS and the Appointments Office to determine what the plans are for the appointments.  We will still have the meeting on Thursday, so that members can have the opportunity for any questions and comments.
