Now relative to the EO 2012-10 note the entire Public Act 260 is "nulified" and abolished.

This means that the state mandate to establish state facilities for BEP operators is also abolished!

So if this is allowed to go through all state BEP operators will be irrevocably harmed!

Now, this only goes to operators and not the impact on all blind people in the VR/IL programs which also will be irrovacably harmed.
