Just goes to show for the record that these meetings are in violation of all 
in the Rehab Act and ADA.

What the heck these are supposed to be publicly announced in a variety of 
formats and in a variety of public media.

Yet people have to write me who isn't a paid personnell of either MCB, or 
anything with the state relative to these federal requirements?

Not a blame on this person or me but surely a blame upon the state for not 
following anything remotely close to public meeting and accessability 
requirements.

this is an outrage upon more outrage. It is injustice piled upon injustice 
and it is in the public domain!

Heads need to roll!
