Dear Terry,

Thanks for the great note. I enjoy helping with Newsline. I am afraid  it is 
the magic at the national center that makes possible all the cool features 
like global search, the download features, tv listings and all the rest. I 
learn new things from subscribers also. Did you know, you can hang up from 
Newsline by pressing pound, then key 3? I didn't know until a teenager told 
me.
