Attached here is the consumer satisfaction survey for the MCB TC. I got it in the tail end of an extensive report from the Michigan Statewide Independent Living Council. What the heck?

Why wasn't this given to MCB Commissioners and why wasn't it posted to MCB's list serve?

This just goes to the lack of timely and accible information to both commissioners and advocates from this state.

Comments:

Did not receive the training she was told she would receive. She went for higher technology training.

Not equipped multiple disabilities and showed lack of flexibility. Can't adapt program.

Programmer by trade was under the impression there was basic and advanced computer, didn't offer level of training he thought it would. Advertising versus
when he went didn't match as well.
