Dear Ms. Haynes,

The Michigan Open Meetings Act specifically requires that these minutes are made available within eight working days. The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 requires that all meetings of al VR entities including the one conducted on September 21, 2012 are fully accessible to people with disabilities including such information that was requested.

Section 504 of that Act and Tuitle II of the Americans with Disabilities Act requires that such information is supplied in a timely manner and that agencies like BSBP act affirmatively in these regards (re: Tyler v. Manhattan).
