Not to worry Terry. For in the very minutes of the so-called hearings on the 
revised IL state plan Zimmer noted that he didn't even know what the SILC 
was !


Guess that makes him and hacks like him well qualified to suck up federal 
bucks like a vacuum cleaner and then to expend them for purposes not 
intended.

Last one out of Michigan turn out the lights!

Oops guess our lights have been already turned off.

Oh well.
