Did you ever sign an individualized plan before going to the Training
Center? That document should have the beginning and ending dates of your
case. 

Of course, if you get a job your case worker will "track" you for 90 days to
see if the job is going OK. After that the case is closed.

Would anyone happen to know what happens to Voc Rehab cases after a certain
length of time?  Are they automatically closed or do they remain open
indefinitely or does it depend on the counselor?

My case was opened in 2008, I went to the training center in 2010/2011 and
nothing happened after that.  Just wondering if my case would still be open
after all that time.
