I wasn't going to insert into this discussion because I live in Big Bad Detroit. (??) most people wouldn't use that but since you asked about the Livonia, I thought. I would answer you. Livonia has very limited transit services as they pulled out being part of the smart system. So if you want to get outside of the community of Livonia unless you live pretty close to the beach Livonia Detroit Boarder where you can use (Detroit's?) regular transit and pair transit system. You are going to have difficulty. From my understanding they have transportation service that will get you around that community only I believe. Anybody else who can provide clarification please do so.
