Dear List Serve,

Attached is the Perkins School for the Blind contract.

Lets take a closer look at that legal document. It is claimed that Perkins renegotiated the contract, however, who would submit a legal document on a plain paper without their letterhead? If Perkins renegotiated the contract, why is Perkins name not the first one on the document. If Perkins renegotiated the contract, why is their signature the last one on the contract? Sounds fishy to me!.
