Ah but I'll never meet that ludicrous condition. And by the way while most 
of my requests are not FOIA requests for information the Michigan FOIA has 
no residency requirement. Nor should it have either.

I've made several requests for information from Philly while visiting my 
freind there.

And if I made a trip to Oklahoma I sure would continue in exposing the 
scofflaws in BSBP who don't follow the ADA, or the Rehab Act let alone the 
FOIA.
