[nfbmi-talk] let's make an agency

Hey Y'all,

Sounds like you all have been reading Larry's and my thoughts and
conversations. And you don't even need a lengthy delayed transcript, like
the advisory commission! Shows that great minds think alike. And we have
already partially identified a winning team. Perhaps we can get Christine
to stay imn Michigan as the administrator? Poor Doug, I hope he can survive
on his own cooking skills, or is that the other way with Christine? Blind
students can keep Christine fed well while at work. And just think, Lydia
will have the young consumers arriving -up-to-speed, ready for advanced
skill building from Terri and Nick, and ready to compete for employment in
the sighted world! Derek, where do you envision your social science skills
best being utilized in our real-life, real-time, life-altering, no-drama
performance?

Nice! I love it. I wonder how we would do if we created an agency, then
went to the feds and asked for the designation as the State's "Desugnated
State Agency (DSA) for the blind in Michigan?

whatever is about to crash and burn, and Mickey Rooney says, "Hey, I know
what! We can do a show!" Then they rehearse and sell tickets.....oh, wait,
the show is what is already happening in Lansing. Let's do the real thing:
effective rehabilitation services.
