Come on Joe, you don't really expect or anticipate an attorney and officer
of the courts, by virtue of his law license, to comply with either the
letter or spirit of the laws of this land of law not man?  The BS4Bp and its
director has too much corruption and nepotism to hide over transparency.
But alas, there will come a day of accountability and justice for the
corrupt and favored using nepotism.

This is how a lawful SRC responds to requests for accessable information in
accordance with the ADA and 504, let alone similar requirements in Title I
of the Rehab Act for VR agencies and SRCs.

Contrast that with the bogus and ludicrous, chronic and pervasive violations
of my civil rights, and those of countless others by BSBP.

They need to be sued.

  I also wish to reiterate my request to receive everything past and present
in accessible format sent to MCRS members  in accessible format pursuant to
obligations under the Rehabilitation Act, and Title II of the Americans with
disabilities act of 1973, subpart e, communications; and the general
provisions of both acts.

  Specifically I wish to have as stated in the prior minutes all documents
in simple e-mail (word format) that each and every member of this Statewide
Rehabilitation Council has in their possession  since at least the Fiscal
Year beginning October 1, 2013 to the present.

  Most assuredly I wish to have all referenced reports they had at the last
meeting for sure and I wish to have the minutes (draft minutes) sent to my
e-mail ASAP.
