Merry Christmas to you, Doug, and all.

Been a little rough here. The ice storm took out our electricity for three 
days. And that is on five brothers and their families east of Saginaw Street 
along with my adult niec in town.

We've been working on broken down generators and jury rigging them just to 
keep heat and pipes from bursting.

But the juice is on now. I've actually cooking a 23 pound turkey though I 
have to jury rig that too. Don't ask.

Acouple other brothers and spouses headed north of all places today as they 
have the juice on.

our big family Christmas isn't to be this year. (We usually have forty to 
sixty of four generations.

Ah but it could be worse for all are fine though everyone is tired. And I'm 
cranky....What's new about that eh?


Oh yes more trees down on the compound.

Keeping our fingers crossed that the high winds don't bust the power lines 
again.

Anyway a Merry Christmas to one and all in the blind family of this list.

And peace and justice for all in the New Year.
