And a Very Merry Christmas back at you Joe.  We are glad that you and yours are safe and here's to a more prosperous and brighter 2014 to you and to all blind people here in Michigan.  I hope that turkey was scrumptious!  I took the easy way out and made a ham, as I did the whole turkey spread at Thanksgiving and that was just 4 short weeks ago.  Anyway it was very tasty, and all the more so for being easy to fix, along with some orange sweet potatoes (a favorite recipe from one of my very first cooking students), green bean casserole,  home made pumpkin pie with the whipped cream to match, candle light and the company of my best friend and sweet heart!  We share these few days together before he hits the road for our next adventure and I stay behind briefly to wind up this present sojourn.
