This is just another example of control of the blind, so those in control
won't be challenged for doing and accomplishing nothing for the benfit of
the bblind.  This was likely planned by the blind agency sell-out types,
while at convention and during pillow talk in Las Vegas the week before
last.

James, 
I am extremely upset that you did not allow input from the
entire committee regarding the EOC meeting this weekend. How can you
limit access? What about operators and the public that might want have
input? I am requesting that the meeting have access via phone. The
announcement on the bid line is not enough time for people to make
time to travel to attend the meeting. Is the agency going to pay for
rooms for all operators that might want to attend? I don't think so!
Please make this meeting accessible to everyone!!
Is this a violation of the open meetings act?
