Hi Jim;

That FWD was an e-mail sent to me in HTML while what you and your computer
may read is in plain text. Have someone with good eye sight look at it in
HTML mode and you may be able to get the information you need.

Meanwhile, I will look at the e-mail and try to get the link you need to
download the free program. Give me a day or two to respond back with my
findings.
