If the technology that stores and crunches data for the BEP were used well, we would also be able to draw conclusions about what types of services yield better client outcomes, and which area offices use which kinds of services. Being a data-geek as I am, it really bothers me that commission staff in charge of services to clients do not want to know the outcomes of staff and clients' efforts. If they wanted to know, we could all find out, too. Lydia
