Dear Michigan Federationists:

     Once again, the training center is looking for a nurse. This
makes us look like patients rather than clients who just need
rehabilitation in order to obtain gainful employment and live
fulfilled lives. This shows a disturbing appearance that says that
blind people need to be taken care of rather than that they need to
learn skills of blindness.

The Bureau of Services for Blind Persons has an opening for a
Registered Nurse at the Training Center in Kalamazoo. The person in
this position will work primarily in the evenings and on the weekends
in the Support Services section. The posting expires at the close of
