Mr. Harcz is not the enemy here; and it is important to understand an issue 
before judging and fighting those who have taken the time to become familiar 
with the facts and act accordingly.

The URL in your message points to the minutes of a meeting of the Business 
Enterprise Program Elected Operators' Committee and, though this Committee 
and its actions are of considerable interest to some of us, is quite 
different from what Joe Harcz is seeking.  One thing all of these documents 
have in common is that they should be published promptly on the BSBP web 
site, making them available for all interested parties at no charge.  BSBP 
has not done this much since it became the Bureau, prefering to charge 
outrageous fees under the Freedom Of Information Act in an effort to 
discourage people from learning what is really happening in this 
out-of-control Agency.

Some of us are working to make things better for blind people in Michigan 
and you are invited to join us, but you must understand that the road to 
truth and victory isn't always smooth and pretty.
