Hello,

Small correction, though operators don't pay rent, the BS4BP certainly does.
This is part of the ATM which the BS4BP serves as for the state.  Blind
people pay for the space since fewerr state dollars are available for match,
not that BS4BP spends enough to need match.  It is just another way to get
money and not provide services.

  According to the rules, they do not pay rent on any State own building for
space allocated to the BSBP BEP.  Of course, why would the rules mean
anything to them.
