The following Notice of Proposed Priorities--National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research--Rehabilitation Research and Training Centers
was published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, April 15, 2014.

Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Numbers: 84.133B-6 and B-7.

This notice proposes priorities for an RRTC on Transition to Employment for Youth and Young Adults with Serious Mental Health Conditions and Community Living
and Participation of Youth and Young Adults with Serious Mental Health Conditions. This RRTC will be jointly funded by NIDRR and the Substance Abuse Mental
Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). We take this action to focus research attention on an area of national need. We intend these priorities to contribute
to improved outcomes in the transition to employment and in community living and participation of youth and young adults with serious mental health conditions
and psychiatric disabilities.

The Assistant Secretary for the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) proposes a funding priority under the Technical Assistance
on State Data Collection program. The Assistant Secretary may use this priority for competitions in fiscal year (FY) 2014 and later years. We take this
action to focus attention on an identified national need to provide technical assistance (TA) to improve the capacity of States to meet the data collection
requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
