Hi Daniel,

The BSBP board is advisory only and designed to be impotent. However, I'll 
send you the names of the two commissioners in question.

You might wish to contact the MCRS which is supposed to be the Statewide 
Rehabilitation Council required by law. I also was wonderring if you 
recieved any of the so-called consumer satisfaction surveys and calls BSBP 
said they conducted in December-January?
