Lydia and all,
I see the ACTION required is consistent and persistent follow-up and
follow-through on agreed upon organization actions and individual personal
assignment and commitments made.  It is very frustrating and discouraging to
have to attempt to do one's role and commitments when others do not fulfill
their roles, assignments, and expressed individual commitment.  The ACTION
required is basically and primarily an individual inside job of reflection
and commitment or renewal of commitment, and backed up with personal
responsible individual ACTION.  That is how we can have   the BACK of each
other, and protect the BACK of individuals from having to carry the entire
or a large portion of the weight of the organization's work.
