Hi Lydia,

I don't have the answers as this data has not been made accessable to me and 
nor, has apparently say the BSBP Board seen it or MCRS for that matter.

I do have some counter questions though. Is this data for both MRS and 
MCB/BSBP?

I'm just as confused as anyone about what you present here.
