[nfbmi-talk] NCADD Joins Kennedy-Ramstad Award Presentation to Craig Stenning- Rhode Island

The same man who is ambitiously trying to change the disability
employment model in Rhode Island, has been distinguished for other
good work in his field.  This does not per sé speak to blindness, but
I figure some on the list might be interested in his recognition for
work in addiction rehabilitation as well.  Sounds as though Craig
Stenning is someone to watch--someone who could really make a
difference in how policy is carried out.
