What in the world does approval have to do with it? You've got the reports or you don't.

This is supersillious and outragious.

  Dear Mr. Harcz, Jr.:

This email is in response to your June 18, 2014, email request for information, received by this office on June 19, 2014. Please be advised that the Bureau of Services for Blind Persons (BSBP) is processing this request under the state's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq.

You have requested information as described in your email (which is also below) as:

Your request is denied as to existing, nonexempt information responsive to your request. The reports for the time period you specified have not been approved by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). Once approved, you will be able to view these reports on-line at https://rsa.ed.gov/about-your-state.cfm, (then choose Michigan, More RSA Programs).

  Dear Mr. Rodgers,

I've requested on several occasions accessible and timely delivery of BSBP's RSA 113 Quarterly Caseload Reports but have yet to receive them. Thus I reiterate this request once again.

  To wit:

Please remit all RSA 113 since you assumed the Directorship of BSBP as either Word attachments and/or plain text enclosures to my e-mail address listed above.

By the way have you or your agents ever supplied these to the Michigan Council of Rehabilitation Services or the BSBP Commissioners?

Regardless, thanks as always for your prompt and accessible response.

  Sincerely,

  Paul Joseph Harcz, Jr.
