Are you referencing the scholarship recipients - who received assistance from the National Jernigan Institute or just the recipients from the State of MI NFB?  Seeking clarification.

Dear Michigan Federationists:

     The MICHIGAN CAUCUS at National Convention is Tuesday, July 1, from  9:00 PM to 10:00 PM in SALON 7. Those who have received 
notices about financial assistance can pick up debit cards at the caucus.
