As Claude Rains said in the movie "Casablanca" "round up the usual suspects". Check out the sponsers and that includes the sweat shop scofflaws with Source 1 and folks like Ed Rodgers. Also check out the topic of Rodgers and the new MRS Director.

This is sick, custodial, paternalistic and a huge wast of resources meant for the vocational rehablitation of the blind and people with significant disabilities.
