Note as of this date June 12 2014 the BSBP staff directory isn't even up to date. Also note BSBP has tried to charge me for this information under FOIA.

Note this is critical for customers trying to get services in the first place from this agency, but even a staff directory and phone numbers is not accomplished in a timely and accessable manner.

To state how utterly absurd this is at the first instance would be an under statement.

I am writing you today to receive an accurate and up-to-date office and staff directory. Note the one on BSBP's web site at:

Is outdated as there have been major staff additions and changes. This is important for this is where potential customors and advocates for people who are blind find out how to access services and just who to call or write for them.

 

So please send me an accurate one in known accessible format and please post an accurate and updated directory to the web site forthwith.
