Hello, Joe, and All,

I well remember when this document was distributed and discussed.  
It happened at my first national convention in 1966.  We all 
received braille copies.  I still have mine.

This led to my meeting Carl Schier, who participated in a 
previous symposium on the subject and his acquaintance with Dr.  
tenBroek, and ultimately to Carl Schier's my attorney and a close 
relationship with our state affiliate.
