As an advocate for people who are blind I am officially writing you today to send me a copy of this “master memorandum of understanding” between BSBP and DNM in accessible format and a timely manner pursuant to known obligations under both the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended.
