                  Job Description  Benefits  Supplemental Questions 
                 
                  This position will serve as analyst, responsible for assisting in development, implementation and enhancements of a new case management system for various case types in the Employment Services Division in MAHS.  Responsible for assisting in analyzing procedures, workflows, timelines, etc. to streamline processes.  Responsible for creation and maintenance of appropriate manuals and technical material.  Researching issues generated both internally and externally to determine appropriate procedure and policy.  This position will require strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze and report on incoming workflow trends and recommend action to proactively avoid delays in processing.
                 
                   Required Education and Experience:  
                  Education
                  Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.

                  Experience 

                  Departmental Analyst 9
                  No specific type or amount is required.

                  Departmental Analyst 10
                  One year of professional experience.

                  Departmental Analyst P11
                  Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
