Months ago I requested, in the spirit  of information and referral that you as Director of BSBP ensure that office and staff directory is updated upon BSBP’s web site. Your office assured me in writing it would be updated quarterly. Yet as you can see 9in the notation after my signature line downloaded minutes ago the directory has not been updated since January 8, 2014.

Could you please ameliorate this situation?
