This is a great job for a graduate of the Michigan Training Center for the
Blind former Marksmanship class, and fortunate enough to hold a valid
driver's license!  

And the state dared say there was no good reason for the Marksmanship class,
yet here is the state's own good reason for the class offering.

A BEP licensee with a driver's license ought to be able to fill this
position, before BEP licensed facilities disappear totally, and still have
their driver's license for greater employment opportunities.
