Perfect.  Absolutely perfect.  As for the drivers license requirement, that particular piece of paper does not appear to support an essential function of this job.  Unless this person is being hired as a “range manager and driver”, the requirement to possess a valid drivers license would appear to be outside the law.  Hmmm, for those who still work inside the current Michigan Governor’s administration that means it is likely to be an illegal requirement.
