[nfbmi-talk] Question on BS4BP job opportunity position description

I wonder if this position description statement is true?

The statement is:

"This position will work directly with blind rehabilitation instructors in
the West Region."

Or,

Does it really mean:

This position will work directly with rehabilitation instructors of the
blind in the West Region.

Question: Does the west region of BS4BP, or BS4BP for that matter, actually
have rehabilitation instructors who are blind?
