Quorum yes, Larry Posont Terri Wilcox, Mark Eagle, Dave Robinson, Sarah Norwood, and Mary Wurtzel.
Introduction of Participating Members
Secretary's Report, Terri Wilcox.  Dave Robinson moved to adopt the February 26 Minutes.  Mary Wurtzel seconded the motion.  The 
Minutes were adopted.
Treasurer's Report, Mark Eagle.

  Mary Wurtzel moved to adopt the Treasurer's Report.  Terri Wilcox seconded the motion.  The Treasurer's Report was adopted.  Dave 
Robinson moved to donate $150 for the door prize at National Convention.  It will total $7,575.  Terri Wilcox seconded the motion. 
The motion passed.
There is an art contest for disabled people.  Information is available in print.  Contact Larry Posont if you are interested and he 
will send the information to you.
President's Report, Larry Posont.  A wood sculpture exhibition occurs in Lansing.  Those involved are interested in having blind 
people come look at the art.
Youth Outreach, Fred Wurtzel Donna Posont.  An announcement went out on the listserv with the dates of the Sensational Adventures in 
Summer Science.  Licensing is not required because the program is not a camp.  The program outline for Youth slam is being modified 
for Sensational Adventures in Summer Science.
National Convention 2015 May is the deadline for seeking financial assistance for National Convention.  3,000 has been allocated by 
the Board for this purpose.  New Federationists should apply for Jernigan scholarships.  Applications are due by April 15.
  Mugs A sample mug is still needed so that the Braille can be examined.  We will either sell the travel mugs or our standard 
Braille mugs at Convention.
Access to Metro Airport, Terri Wilcox.  Terri Wilcox will speak at the University of Michigan Regent's Meeting on March 19 after 
3:30.  If anyone else wishes to speak, the confirmation email must be completed by Tuesday.
Scholarships, Terri Wilcox.  The State Scholarship is almost complete.
MAER Conference Terri Wilcox, Mary Wurtzel, Georgia Kitchen and Sarah Norwood will attend the Maer Conference.
Committees Braille, Terri Wilcox Dave Robinson reported that Braille books are being produced in Ueb without certification of those 
producing them.  Clarification is needed from Jennifer Dunnam.
Constitution and Bylaws Committee, Mike Powell.  The committee met and worked on a draft.
Human Services, Mary Ann Robinson Mary Ann Robinson had problems with the audio captia while trying to pay her dues for the National 
Association of Social Workers.
The Quarterly Board Meeting is May 16 in Ann Arbor at St.  Paul's Lutheran Church.  The church is located at 420 W.  Liberty.
Old Business: The Board needs to review Terry Eagle's state Convention Report.  The theme and flyer must be completed early.  A 
small committee will be formed to work on this.  Sarah Norwood moved to have meetings where the Board addresses the Agenda first and 
then the public is welcome to address the Board.  Mary Wurtzel seconded the motion.  The motion passed.
New Business: The Merchant's Committee meeting involved following up with Nicky Gacos and Terry Smith.  Terry Eagle will write 
letter addressing issues of concern and sending it to Rsa.  Sherri Heibeck will facilitate a meeting between The National Federation 
of the Blind of Michigan and Rodgers.  There was a program at Camp Tuhsmeheta that involved the Nfb, students and birding.  Stanetta 
Burrows was there.  Frandy and Adrianne Dempsey and their baby there.
Sarah Norwood moved to adjourn at 9:13.  The meeting was adjourned.
