Hello to all who attended this year's state convention.  I would like to
thank each and every one of you for the work you did in making the 2018
state convention a very successful and enjoyable event.  To those who joined
us by audio stream we hope you will be able to participate in person to make
our future conventions bigger and better.  I look forward to the work we
will continue to do in the coming year to build the federation as we reach
out to blind people who have not heard of us but need to know that they too
can work to live the lives they want .
