You know Fred you’re absolutely right and I’m going to offer some solutions to this problem. First of all Elizabeth you might consider placing your form on a flatbed scanner and scanning it with your computer. You can of course use open book software or the cruise while reading software. These are the two most commonly used programs for people who are blind to scan information. Failing that possibility, you might consider purchasing a skin jig Pro which I expect is something similar to the stand scan Pro which was offered some years ago it is actually called a skin jig pro plus and is available on Amazon scam jig is one word With regard to software that can be used people have found all kinds of good things to say about voice dream scanner. This software sales for approximately seven dollars and has received rave reviews in the blindness community. You could also use the iPhone application Seeing AI in order to scan a single page again using the scan jig pro plus as a place to put your phone while scanning the document this will ensure the proper distance away from the document so that the entire page is made available to you.
If none of these items will work for you then you might try contacting the Michigan assistive technology program they are in East Lansing Michigan and her phone number is 517-333-2477 and see if they can assist you in purchasing a scanner. Failing that, you might contact alliance club about assisting you in purchasing a flatbed scanner to hook up to your computer so as to make it possible for you to scan many other thing is that this particular item on a regular basis. Our use a flatbed scanner just about every day to scan my mail with the open Book software. I hope this information has been helpful to you and that you will soon be scanning to your hearts delight Fred Olver

I have also contacted the clerk to let her know that I was blind and currently do not have a way to fill out the print form. However, there was nothing about accessibility listed online. And the clerk did not mention any accommodations for filling out the print form in here her response to me.

Since the courts are currently closed under the stay home stay safe order, and this is not an essencial business related to obtaining food or medicine,I do not believe I should have to be in contact with someone else simply to fill out this form that is not accessible.
