[NFBMI-Talk] 2020 state convention registration question

I'm pretty sure that it was likely a mistake. As far as I understood
it, the only advantage that registering before October 15 gave you was
the ability to vote when needed. Registration getting shut down now
was probably a mistake which will hopefully be corrected soon!
