Hello All,
At the suggestion of Robert Parsons I am posting the following information
for your consideration. Disability Rights Advocates (DRA) is a national
disability rights advocacy organization that advocates and litigates on
organizations and classes of individuals with disabilities to enforce civil
rights and other laws that make our lives better.
DRA is currently conducting a survey of higher education students with
disabilities across the United States. I have pasted the text about the
survey and a survey link as well as contact information for the east coast
DRA office.
Disability Rights Advocates is investigating the experiences of higher
education students who are denied disability-related accommodations for
remote learning.
We would greatly appreciate if you would complete the following survey if
you have confronted access barriers in remote learning.
If you would prefer to share your experiences via email or phone, please
contact Jess Miller-Suchet by email at
jmiller-suchet at dralegal.org <mailto:jmiller-suchet at dralegal.org>
or by phone at (510) 665-8644.

Remote Learning in Higher Education

Disability Rights Advocates (DRA), a non-profit law center in Berkeley,
California, is investigating the experiences of higher education students
who are
denied disability-related accommodations for remote learning. The questions
below ask about your personal experience with requesting disability-related
accommodations before and after your college/university began remote
learning. This survey is entirely voluntary - feel free to share only to the
extent
you are comfortable.
Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of DRA. We
will look at trends in responses, and may contact a handful of people to
follow
up regarding your experiences, but any information you share with us (on
this form or otherwise) will be kept strictly confidential.
This survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete, and will help us in
our effort to ensure that all students who need disability-related
accommodations
are able to thrive in college and beyond. If you would prefer to share your
experiences via email or phone, please contact Jess Miller-Suchet at
jmiller-suchet at dralegal.org <mailto:jmiller-suchet at dralegal.org> or
(510) 665-8644. For more information on Disability Rights Advocates and our
