It's world Braille Day!
Celebrated on Louis Braille's Birthday, this day honors the creation of braille and its impact over the past 227 years.
Today is a reminder of the importance of accessibility and Independence for blind people. The NFB believes that braille literacy is extremely important and should be the default medium for reading and writing.
