After a certain discussion at the board meeting on Saturday I couldn't resist seeing who reads their Email and gets the details. I happened across the January 1999 minutes while working with Pete Donohue on a web problem  and after reading them and noticing how many of the issues there were similar to those we currently deal with decided to post them to the list.
The responses are very enlightening.
Within minutes Shelia called me confused and she was followed shortly by Rita.  Gary H. was the first to post on the list observing the fact that the minutes were a decade old. So, I'll never know for sure about the rest of you whether you saw they were  minutes so set them aside for later reading or just didn't catch that they were old.
I apologize for taking up list space with this but if you could have heard Rita and Shelia on the phone it was worth it. We had very fun talks. 
Yes, it was an April Fool's  joke a couple of months early.
