hi,

Don't know how it will be until we get there and already suggested this to 
Gene,
several tables should be spread out throughout the room to give distance due 
to multiple computer and stream voices and being able to answer concurrent 
questions instead of just one person speaking from a head table.
I will be available to help people with downloading choices to their vr 
stream and updating firmware if necessary.
